Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. That is why we take great care creating our chocolates and hand packing your order. Please note that all of our chocolates are shipped via Local, Express, or Overnight methods due to perishability.
Due to impacts of COVID-19, FedEx has been experiencing some transit delays. While we are doing our best to anticipate these delays, we are not always able to guarantee an exact arrival date at this time.
Shipping & Delivery Schedule
Available items ordered Monday-Friday before 12pm (Pacific) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.
Items sent via Local and Priority shipping methods usually deliver within 2 days. Items sent via Express shipping method usually deliver within 3 days. Shipments to residential addresses usually deliver by 8pm. Shipments to business addresses usually deliver by 5pm.

We ship our chocolate exclusively via FedEx.

Flat Rate U.S. Shipping
Due to perishability, our chocolates are shipped via Local, Express, and Overnight methods. All shipping rates are per shipment.

- Residential deliveries arrive by 8pm. Business deliveries arrive by 5pm.
Same-Day Courier service section is available in the Seattle area. Please call us for pricing and availability.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time. However, if you are able to provide the street address where the PO Box is located, FedEx will be able to deliver to it.
We are unable to ship to APO addresses at this time.

We ship to Canada and Japan from January through November. For shipping rates, shipping times, and to inquire about other destinations, please contact us 800.422.3726 or email@example.com.
International orders placed Monday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.
Between December 1 and January 1, we are not able to accept new international orders.
Warm Weather Shipping
We guarantee your chocolates will arrive in excellent condition, even in warm weather. If temperatures exceed 75°F, we will send your chocolates with complimentary ice and insulated packaging to prevent melting. For residential deliveries, we recommend alerting recipients that a sweet gift is on its way so the chocolates are not left outside for long periods.
During warm months, we are often unable to ship over the weekend, Monday arrival dates may not be available, and ground shipping may not be available; all currently available arrival dates and shipment methods will be listed on our shipping calendar during checkout.
FedEx has permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. This way, the recipient does not have to be home to accept your gift, and the chocolates will not suffer from multiple redelivery attempts.
