Since 2001, Fran's Chocolates has been proud to partner with Neighborhood House. We donate 5% of the proceeds of our Dark Chocolate Sauce to Neighborhood House and provide ongoing support throughout the year.
Neighborhood House provides free services that are culturally and linguistically relevant to immigrants, refugees, public housing residents, and low-income community members in King County. They serve over 15,000 people annually through programs in early learning, youth engagement, employment and adult education, housing stability, community health, and aging and disability services.
Neighborhood House is proud of its 20-year partnership with Fran's Chocolates. They are a unique family-owned small business that lives their values. Many of their long-term employees came to the US as refugees. Our Dark Chocolate, Caramel, and Raspberry dessert sauces are made in small batches with all natural ingredients.
For pourable sauce, remove lid and warm gently in a water bath on stove or in 10-second intervals in microwave. Stir occasionally until desired temperature and consistency is reached. Do not boil.
For optimal freshness and flavor, please enjoy your dessert sauces within 6 months.
Prior to opening, store your sauce out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place below 68°F (20°C).
After opening, please refrigerate your dessert sauce and enjoy within 30 days.

Shipping & Packaging
Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. That is why we take great care creating our chocolates and hand packing your order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Please note that all of our chocolates are shipped via Ground, Express, or Overnight methods due to perishability.
FLAT RATE U.S. SHIPPING We offer flat rate shipping to destinations within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to perishability, our chocolates are shipped via Ground, Express, and Overnight methods. All shipping rates are per shipment. Shipments usually deliver to Residential addresses by 8pm and to Business addresses by 5pm. Visit frans.com/shipping for more information and to see our current shipping rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship to Canada and Japan from January through November. For shipping rates, shipping times, and to inquire about other destinations, please contact us 206.322.0233 or orders@frans.com. International orders placed Monday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday. Between December 1 and January 1, we are not able to accept new international orders.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING We guarantee your chocolates will arrive in excellent condition, even in warm weather. If temperatures exceed 75°F, we will send your chocolates with complimentary ice and insulated packaging to prevent melting. For Residential deliveries, we recommend alerting recipients that a sweet gift is on its way so the chocolates are not left outside for long periods. During warm months, we are often unable to ship over the weekend and Monday arrival dates may not be available; all currently available arrival dates and shipment methods will be listed on our Shipping Calendar during checkout.
