Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. That is why we take great care creating our chocolates and hand packing your order. Please note that all of our chocolates are shipped via Ground, Express, or Overnight methods due to perishability.
Shipping & Delivery Schedule
Available items ordered Monday-Friday before 12pm (Pacific) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.
Use our Shipping Calendar during checkout to select your preferred arrival date and shipping method. Items sent via Ground shipping deliver within 1-2 days, depending on delivery location. Items sent via Overnight shipping deliver within 1 business day. Items sent via Express shipping deliver within 2 business days.
Shipments deliver to Residential addresses by 8pm and to Business addresses by 5pm.
Minimum Order Amount
We have a $17 minimum product total for orders. The minimum product total is per delivery address.
Flat Rate U.S. Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping to destinations within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to perishability, our chocolates are shipped via Ground, Express, and Overnight methods. All shipping rates are per shipment.

- Residential deliveries arrive by 8pm. Business deliveries arrive by 5pm.
PO Boxes
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time. However, if you are able to provide the street address where the PO Box is located, our shipping services will be able to deliver to it.
APO Addresses
We are unable to ship to APO addresses at this time.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada and Japan from January through November. Please contact us at 206.322.0233 or orders@frans.com to place your international order or to inquire about shipping rates and times.
International orders placed Monday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday.
Between December 1 and January 1, we are not able to accept new international orders.
Warm Weather Shipping
We guarantee your chocolates will arrive in excellent condition, even in warm weather. If temperatures exceed 75°F, we will send your chocolates with complimentary ice and insulated packaging to prevent melting. For Residential deliveries, we recommend alerting recipients that a sweet gift is on its way so the chocolates are not left outside for long periods.
During warm months, we are often unable to ship over the weekend, Monday arrival dates may not be available, and Ground shipping may not be available to some destinations; all currently available arrival dates and shipment methods will be listed on our Shipping Calendar during checkout.
Signature Release
Our shipping services have permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. This way, the recipient does not have to be home to accept your gift, and the chocolates will not suffer from multiple redelivery attempts.
